Loudoun County will pay you
to buy a home.

There is a program for Loudoun County teachers, administrators, court employees and others that are employed by Loudoun County where the county will give you a grant to assist you in purchasing your home.
Yes, there are restrictions that apply.
You must work for the county, be a first time buyer or new resident to Loudoun.
This is grant that has to be paid back unless you stay in the home for 5 years.
The grant is forgiven in increments of 20% per year, meaning that if you leave Loudoun in three years then you have paid back 60%. The remaining balance will be a very low interest loan for the remaining 40%.

I have helped folks get this deal and am ready to assist you too!
First come first serve on this money so give me a call or email me.
The amounts are as follows:
$5,000 for a home in Loudoun County.
$15,000 for a bank owned home in Loudoun.
$25,000 for specific homes in Loudoun.
(and most of these are horrible so don't count on the $25K)
I did get a teacher the $15,000 deal.
The money can be used for closing costs and to pay down your new mortgage.
Paperwork, of course, is needed but I will work with you to accomplish this task.

Combine this with the $8,000 for a new home by April and you can get up to $23,000 towards your new home.
Call or email for more details.
Yes, I will want to sit with you to discuss this.
There is a pamphlet I will give you when we meet.
Thanks and I look forward to meeting with you.
BTW... the meeting is no cost or obligation.
