Sellers: Within 24 hours from being notified, I will remove any signage on your property, return your keys, remove lockbox and remove your home from the Realtor® computer.
Buyers: Upon notification I will mark your Buyer Agreement "VOID", return a copy to you and we are done!
As I said, no questions asked, no excuses and no gimmicks.
